Multi-Jar Bundles

If you purchase a multi-jar bundle, the first jar is covered by our 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.

Should you request a refund under this guarantee, the refund amount for the first jar will be calculated based on the discounted per-jar price paid within the bundle, rather than the full individual retail price.

Any remaining unopened, sealed, and undamaged jars may be returned under our 30-Day Unopened Product Return Policy. Once received and inspected by our warehouse, a refund will be issued for those returned products based on the discounted bundle price originally paid.

For example, if you purchase a 3-jar bundle at a discounted price, the refund value of each jar will be calculated using the per-jar bundle price, not the individual single-jar retail price.

30-Day Unopened Product Returns

We understand that circumstances can change.

If you have unopened, sealed Her Stories products that you no longer wish to keep, you may return them to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions

  • Products must be unopened, sealed, and unused.
  • Products must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that all refunds are less the original shipping cost incurred by Her Stories. A shipping fee of $9.00 will be deducted from any refund, including orders that received free shipping as part of a promotion or minimum spend offer.

    Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Protection

For complete peace of mind, Shipping Protection is available at checkout.

Customers who purchase Shipping Protection will be eligible for a replacement if their order is:

  • Lost during transit.
  • Damaged during transit.
  • Claims must be reported to our team as soon as possible after delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Post-purchase special offers or upsells.
  • Final Sale items.
  • Shipping charges.
  • Gift cards.
  • Free gifts received as part of a promotion.

Allergies & Ingredient Responsibility

We encourage all customers to carefully review product ingredients before purchasing.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before use.

Refunds will not be issued where an ingredient was clearly disclosed on the product page, packaging, or ingredient list prior to purchase.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@herstories.co.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

Subscription Orders

Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support@herstories.co.

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next recurring order is processed.

Once a subscription order has been processed and payment has been captured, it cannot be cancelled.

However, unopened subscription products remain eligible under our 30-Day Unopened Product Return Policy.
